In her role with IOFE, Shannon leads community partnerships, donor engagement, and the organization’s mission to make care accessible for individuals and families who would otherwise go without support.
Separately from her nonprofit leadership, Shannon brings more than a decade of professional experience in counseling, cognition, and program design. She is known for her ability to translate complex neurobiological and emotional concepts into practical, practical tools for everyday life that people can immediately apply in their daily lives. Shannon is currently completing her dissertation as an ABD PhD candidate in Psychology at Grand Canyon University, further strengthening her expertise in neuroscience‑rooted, emotionally resonant education.

Founded in February 2025, Inside Out for Everyone was created to remove financial barriers to emotional‑wellness support by funding access to counseling and other professional resources.
