Who We Are

 Shannon Winters is the founder and CEO of Inside Out for Everyone, a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to mental health care through emotionally resonant, neuroscience-rooted programming. With a background in counseling, cognition, and program design, Shannon brings over a decade of experience developing healing ecosystems that integrate science, compassion, and accessibility. She is currently ABD in her PhD in Psychology at Grand Canyon University and is known for translating complex emotional and neurobiological concepts into practical, client-centered tools. 

 
Dr. Rene Nasluchacz serves as the Arizona Chapter President for Inside Out for Everyone, where she leads statewide initiatives focused on trauma-informed education, foster care advocacy, and community healing. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and decades of experience supporting vulnerable youth and families, Rene brings strategic insight and deep compassion to her role. Her work bridges policy, emotional wellness, and systems-level change across Arizona.   
 

 Kimberly Adams serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Inside Out for Everyone, where she oversees board documentation, financial stewardship, and operational coordination. With a background in nonprofit administration and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, Kimberly brings precision, integrity, and heart to her role. She is passionate about creating emotionally safe systems that support both transparency and healing. 

Dr. Amanda Mackoy serves as Vice Chair of the Women’s Health Initiative for Inside Out for Everyone’s Arizona Chapter. A licensed PharmD and founder of Wandermama, Amanda brings clinical insight, entrepreneurial energy, and a deep commitment to women’s wellness. Her work bridges integrative health, emotional advocacy, and trauma-informed care—supporting programs that empower women to heal with clarity, safety, and science.

 Jodi Stephenson serves as the Montana Chapter President for Inside Out for Everyone, where she leads regional efforts to expand trauma-informed mental health education and community engagement. With a background in nonprofit leadership and a passion for emotional wellness, Jodi brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her role. She is committed to building safe, inclusive spaces where healing and advocacy intersect.
