IOFE provides trauma‑informed educational support and emotional‑wellness resources for individuals and families who cannot afford care on their own. We support access pathways to licensed behavioral and mental‑health providers when someone is ready to take that step.

Every first and third Sunday from 2–4 PM, IOFE hosts emotional‑wellness workshops sponsored by Hundred Mile Brewing Co. These gatherings offer practical education, community connection, and a safe space to learn about emotional health.
