Shannon leads IOFE’s mission, vision, and strategic direction, playing a pivotal role on the board of directors. Her work focuses on expanding access to emotional wellness support through trauma-informed education, community support, and sustainable outreach. She ensures IOFE remains rooted in compassion, accessibility, and dignity for all.

Rene guides statewide initiatives, governance, and community partnerships, particularly through her role on the board of directors. Her leadership enhances IOFE’s presence across Arizona and fosters community support while advancing programs that eliminate financial barriers to emotional wellness care.

Kim supports program development and community outreach, serving on the board of directors to promote the integration of emotional wellness tools across IOFE initiatives. Her work helps ensure that families and individuals receive practical, compassionate community support.

Amanda, a member of the board of directors, supports educational programming and outreach efforts that expand access to emotional wellness for women, mothers, and families. Her work strengthens IOFE’s commitment to community support and inclusive, community-centered care.
