Jodi is President of IOFE in Montana.   

With over 30 years of comprehensive experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my life coaching practice. My journey began in the medical field, where I served as a practice manager for 15 years, gaining invaluable skills in organization, communication, and patient care. Transitioning to state government roles, I worked as a Child Support Enforcement Investigator and an Adult Protective Service Investigator, deepening my understanding of community needs and the importance of advocacy.

Currently, as a licensed field inspector, I apply my keen attention to detail while building relationships across diverse sectors. My passion for helping others led me to attain a 40-hour mediation certification, enhancing my abilities to facilitate productive conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Specializing in autism and neurodiversity coaching, I have life coaching certifications that allow me to empower individuals to embrace their unique abilities and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Coupled with my Associate's degree in Business Management, I strive to foster growth and resilience in those I coach.
